Craig Rollins

Mr. Rollins is a corporate and securities lawyer with extensive experience advising companies operating in the mining and natural resource sectors. He currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Versamet Royalties Corporation and played a fundamental role in the company’s creation and launch in 2022. His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, complex corporate and commercial transactions, options and joint ventures, corporate governance, regulatory and stock exchange compliance, stock exchange listings and public offerings. Mr. Rollins has served as in-house legal counsel to several mining and natural resource companies, including Pathway Capital Ltd. and Copper Standard Resources Inc., and previously practiced at a leading Vancouver-based law firm. He was named to The Legal 500 Canada GC Powerlist, recognizing leading in-house counsel in Canada. Mr. Rollins holds degrees from the University of British Columbia and the University of Windsor and is a practicing member of the Law Society of British Columbia.
