The Mercedes mine is located in Sonora, Mexico, approximately 250 km northeast of Hermosillo, Mexico, and 300 km south of Tucson, Arizona.
Mercedes consists of 69,284 hectares of concessions and began producing in 2011. Mercedes is a fully mechanized, ramp-access underground mine with 6 active underground mining areas. The mill has a current capacity of 2,000 tonnes per day, with gold recoveries averaging approximately 95% over the life.
